Michigan Ear, Nose and Throat

Gouthami Erra joined Michigan Ear, Nose and Throat Associates and Bloomfield Hearing in 2006. Gouthami holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She also holds Michigan licensure to practice Audiology.

Mrs. Erra has earned the following degrees:

  • Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology, Osmania University, India, 1999
  • Master of Arts in Audiology, University of Kansas, 2003
  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.), University of Florida, 2017

Most of Gouthami’s clinical experience has been in otolaryngology practices, where she has acquired extensive knowledge in hearing disorders and exceptional diagnostic skills. Her primary areas of interest are electrophysiology and hearing rehabilitation. She has also worked as an audiologist in India, thus bringing multicultural experience to the practice. She is multilingual, speaking two Indian languages, Hindi and Telugu, in addition to English.
